Due to the nature of digital services such as web development, design, and consulting, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. A deposit is required to secure project scheduling and resource allocation, and all deposits are non-refundable.

If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, excluding transaction or processing fees. If the project is canceled after work has started, no refund will be provided.

The agreed project fee includes a specified number of revisions as defined in the proposal or agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

All digital products, downloadable materials, and completed deliverables are non-refundable.
